Shipping Policy

Incorrect Shipping Address Policies

When you enter your details during checkout, you confirm that you provided the correct shipping address. Please make sure that your shipping details are error-free before placing your order. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, AuraNaturals™ cannot be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address.

If your order is returned due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, you will be liable for the return shipping expenses and the cost of reshipping. AuraNaturals™ bears no responsibility for orders that were delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping details that the customer provided.

Please note that if you notice you entered incorrect shipping information after completing your order, contact our Customer support team immediately at support@auranaturals.com. Our working hours are xxxxxxx PST Monday-Friday and xxxxxxxx Saturday-Sunday.

We usually ship orders the same or the following business day, depending on the order placement time. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We cannot guarantee any change requests after you place the order. However, we will try our hardest to alter your order if it has not been processed yet.

Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been confirmed, except for holidays. We dispatch all products from Monday to Friday. If an order is placed during the weekend or holidays, we will process it the following business day. Delivery times may be extended during holidays or extended holiday weekends. Kindly note that any alterations to an order after it has been placed cannot be guaranteed.

Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped using DHL, USPS First Class, or Priority Mail services. We will always provide you with delivery confirmation on your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Usually, it can take up to 7-10 business days from the time your order is processed. If you’re located in Alaska or Hawaii, please allow an additional 3-4 days for delivery.

AuraNaturals™ cannot be held liable for stolen or lost packages once the delivery to the specified address is confirmed. If you suspect your order is missing or stolen, please get in touch with USPS or DHL to initiate a claim. We will provide delivery confirmation to the specified address, delivery date, tracking information, and details regarding the shipping carrier to help you file your claim.

Checking Your Order Status

Upon shipping your order, we will send you the confirmation email together with the shipment tracking information. We will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days, depending on the time of purchase, except for holidays. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. 

The tracking information you will receive when we ship your order will be available on the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow the carrier 48 hours to update tracking information. In some cases, USPS and DHL do not update tracking information until they deliver the package. Remember that in such instances, we cannot provide you with further tracking information until package delivery.
