Return Policy
At AuraNaturals™, we prioritize ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand there may be instances where a customer wants to return our products for one reason or another. To ensure a proper return and refund process, please review the steps outlined below:

Return the order within 60 days from the date of the initial purchase.

When returning your package, you must ensure that all products are unopened, or we will not be able to issue a refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please contact AuraNaturals™ customer service and inform them of your decision to return the order. You can contact our customer support team at support@auranaturals.com. Please beware that if you do not contact us before returning the order, it will result in forfeiture of your right to a refund.

Customer refunds can require 14-21 business days to process from the day we receive the products.

Refunds do not cover the associated shipping expenses, and customers are accountable for the return shipping costs on all items.

The order or product is the customer’s responsibility until the returned package reaches our warehouse. AuraNaturals™ is not liable for lost or stolen returns. The customer acknowledges that we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the returned package.

Items that appear to be purchased from unauthorized sellers will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.
You must send back the product within the designated time frame, ensuring it’s in the original packaging. Additionally, you must fill out the online return form, providing your full name, order number, and the reason for return to:

Changes to Your Order
We usually dispatch orders on the same or the following business day, depending on when you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we can make any changes after you place your order. Nonetheless, we will try our best to make changes if the order has not yet been processed. After processing, cancellation or modifications are not possible.
If you find an error in the shipping address you provided, contact us immediately at support@auranaturals.com. Once we ship the order, we do not claim responsibility for shipping information errors made by the customer.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your AuraNaturals™ subscription at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment. To cancel, contact our customer service at support@auranaturals.com. However, please note that the minimal subscription term is 2 months and orders already shipped or scheduled to ship within 5 days cannot be revoked.
